Service Description

Please give me an idea of what type of training you would like to do. This can be strength, kettle bells, running, boxercise, HIIT, core focus, leg day or any other training style you prefer. Please also include any other information you may find helpful, such as, 'I have a back injury' or 'I am new to exercise'. I will come to you with everything we need. I will travel up to 20 minutes from central St. Albans. Please also include your chosen location on booking. Please bring your own exercise mat. You must have water and be dressed appropriately for exercise. Please leave as much information as possible so I am able to fully prepare for your session. You are welcome to send me an email with any questions you may have prior to your session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact me at sarah@bpmfitness.co.uk. At least 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of classes and 48 hours for Personal Training. If your cancellation is not within the cancellation period this will result in full payment being taken for the class with no refund available. Cancellations must be given in writing via email.
