Service Description

Classes run every week (apart from bank holidays) at Clarence Park, St Albans. Mondays 9:15 am, 10:15am Thursdays 9:15am, 10:15am Meet by the parking meter. Class is on the field next to the car park. In wet or very hot weather we will be under the band stand or trees by the play park. Meet new mummies in your area while you get fitter. Why not grab a coffee after the class together at the park café. There is also toilets, baby change and free parking. The workout features upper and lower body conditioning exercises, so were getting sweaty with the main focus being on bums, core and pelvic floor. Each exercise is postnatally focussed with adaptations for individual fitness levels. So if you are a complete beginner, postnatal or a regular attendee I will be making sure you're able to push yourself at your own pace, safely. Come with or without your little one. Ideal for ages 0-5 years and older siblings welcome to join in or play along side during the holidays. If you are pregnant you may also join us from 12 weeks but please let me know so I can adapt the exercises for yourself. If you are recently postnatal you must have been signed off from your GP after your 6 week check-up. This is 12 weeks if you have had a c-section. Currently there are no playmats or play area provided so please bring anything your little one needs to keep them comfy and happy. You must bring water and an exercise mat (or something for you to lie on for floor work.) Social distancing and strict hygiene measures are in place. All classes run every week including during school holidays. Children all ages are welcome and can also join in the exercises if they want to or just play along side. You can come alone too! Block booking will automatically book you onto 6 consecutive weeks from the starting date selected. For example choosing 9:15am on Monday will book you into the next 6 Monday 9:15am classes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class please contact me at sarah@bpmfitness.co.uk. At least 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of classes and 48 hours for Personal Training. If your cancellation is not within the cancellation period this will result in full payment being taken for the class with no refund available. Cancellations must be given in writing via email.
