Classes run on Mondays 7:30-8:15pm Class is on the field next to the car park at Clarence Park. In wet weather we will be under the trees by the play park. Classes run every week including through the holidays (except bank holidays) A women only adult strength bootcamp. Be ready to work hard with a full body strength class using equipment such as kettle bells and handweights with a dedicated ab blast session. You must bring an exercise mat and water. Social distancing and strict hygiene measures are in place. Not suitable for pregnancy or newly postnatal. Please check with me before booking if the class will be suitable for you if you have recently had a baby. Block booking will automatically book you onto 6 consecutive weeks from the starting date selected. For example choosing 9:15am on Monday will book you into the next 6 Monday 9:15am classes.
To cancel or reschedule a class please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. At least 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of classes and 48 hours for Personal Training. If your cancellation is not within the cancellation period this will result in full payment being taken for the class with no refund available. Cancellations must be given in writing via email.
