Babies and children are more than welcome to come and play alongside, join in, cuddle or sleep during the sessions. Loads of toys, bouncers and mats are provided.
Suitable for all abilities including postnatal.
I will be your trainer. As women's heath and fitness expert I will adapt exercises to your individual fitness level.

Pushchairs must be left in the main indoor entrance. Please be prepared to carry your baby or bring baby in their car seat/carrier through to the hall.
