Buggy Fit St Albans
Buggy Fit classes are at Clarence Park - Meet by the parking meter.
Bootcamps are at Verulamium Park - Meet by the running track, on the little field by the car park.
Block booking will automatically book you onto 6 consecutive weeks from the starting date selected. For example choosing 9:15am on Monday will book you into the next 6 Monday 9:15am classes.
My Buggy Fit class is super fun and hard work at the same time.
Meet new mummies in your area while you get fitter. Why not grab a coffee after the class together at the park café.
The workout features upper and lower body conditioning exercises, so were getting sweaty with the main focus being on bums, core and pelvic floor.
Each exercise adapted to your own fitness level, so if you are a complete beginner, postnatal or a regular I will be making sure you're able to push yourself at your own level.
If you are postnatal you must have been signed off from your GP after your 6 week check-up. This is 12 weeks if you have had a c-section.
Currently there are no playmats or play area provided so please bring anything your little one needs to keep them comfy and happy.
Children must be in pushchairs or be able to social distance. Children all ages are welcome and can also join in the exercises if they want to.
A women only adult bootcamp.
Be ready to work hard with a full body HIIT class with a dedicated ab blast session.
45 minutes of fat burning and muscle toning exercises using body weight, resistance bands and weights.
A different workout every week.
Social distancing and strict hygiene measures are in place.
All classes run every week including during school holidays.
Free parking, café and toilets on site.
Please bring water to your class.
Please bring an exercise mat if you require one.
