About Me

My name is Sarah Yeubrey, I am a Mummy of 2 children and a Women's Heath and Fitness Specialist.

After the birth of my first child I was determined to get back into shape, so I started going to my local gym. It was completely new to me, I felt like I couldn't do anything, I felt silly and I didn't really enjoy it. But I knew I needed to sort out my health so I stuck at it.

Then something happened that I never thought would happen. The more I went, the more I found I could do it; I was seeing fantastic results, I didn't look silly and I really started to enjoy it. So much that I turned it into my career. I want to make other women believe in themselves and grow self-confidence. I want women everywhere to feel amazing and for them to want to be fit and healthy.


Since having my children I have chosen to dedicate my time to helping expectant and new mummies get their core, pelvic floor and full fitness in it's best possible shape.

Not everyone enjoys exercising but we know we have to. That's why I aim to make exercise super fun and enjoyable whilst getting amazing, long lasting results. I may chat your head off but I'm not the drill sergeant type.

I love learning new things, going on training days and adding to my qualifications, to further my knowledge to help with my clients progress. I just love my job, teaching exercise and watching my clients succeed, and their love for health and fitness grow too, what could be more rewarding.
