About Me
Helloooo.. My name is Sarah. I am 32, a mummy to 2 little people and have been teaching pregnant and postnatal women for 7 years.
Since being pregnant with my eldest child I have chosen to dedicate my time to helping women get into their best possible shape and helping expectant mums stay fit safely, and new mummies feeling and looking fab again.

Not everyone enjoys exercising but we know we have to. That's why my exercises are super fun and enjoyable whilst getting amazing, long lasting results and you will start to change your mindset about fitness. I may chat your head off but I'm not the drill sergeant type.

I have quite a few qualifications (listed below) and I'm always taking on new training courses to expand my knowledge further. I really love learning everything about the body, it really is an amazing and fascinating thing!

Being a pregnancy and postnatal personal trainer is amazing! I just love my job! Teaching exercise and watching my clients succeed, and their love for health and fitness grow too, what could be more rewarding!
